ASSISTANT SHIFT SUPERVISORS

Location: Hartville, OH

Our client, the largest manufacturer of vinyl fence, deck, and railing accessories located in Hartville, is seeking Temp to Hire Assistant Shift Supervisors for 1 st shift.

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay:

• Depending on Experience $25.00 up to $30.00

Key Responsibilities

• Teach, assign and supervise team

• Set up molds in presses and auxiliary equipment such as Driers, Sonic Welders, label machines and other equipment

• Monitor IQMs for changeovers and have inserts and molds ready to go minimizing downtimes

• Enter scrap and downtimes in IQMs

Requirements

• 2 years injection molding experience

• 1+ years' experience working knowledge of injection molding MFG floor, mold storage and handling

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
