Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of bar operations, from staff management and inventory control to ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting financial goals. They are responsible for the smooth functioning of the bar, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff, while also ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Financial Management:

Customer Service:
