1. Assist in new market store site selection, supply chain docking, and localized menu optimization;
2. Participate in the construction of the operation process and supervise the implementation of store standardization (such as SOP implementation and staff training);
3. Cross-functional collaboration hub
4. Coordinate the headquarters and local teams to deal with logistics, finance, legal affairs and other multi-department docking affairs;
5. Translate and localize the policy documents of the headquarters to ensure cultural fit;
6. Market insight and execution, collect competitive product dynamics and consumer preference data, and output monthly analysis reports;
7. Plan and execute small local marketing activities (such as community promotion, social media operations);
8. Temporary administrative support (meeting arrangement, travel coordination);
9. Emergency treatment of unexpected problems.
