To strengthen our different Tribes in Fribourg, we are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (30-40%) Responsibilities: As part of our leadership team, you will support our management in developing and implementing our security strategy. Your experience and expertise lie in defining and deploying the best practices regarding security aligned with the company’s strategy, risks, and budget. Lead and coach the admin & IT teams (support capabilities) and development teams (software supply chain) to scale and implement security globally within the company. You offer us: Several years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably with competencies in SSDLC on top of the more classical “infrastructure” ones. The proof of a good track record of highly satisfied clients is an advantage. An enterprising, benevolent, and pragmatic personality with team spirit, humor, and the will to excel. Your “leader behavior” that allows you to collect feedback and make things happen (change management). French mother tongue. 2025 Challenges & Expectations: Take over the in-place ISMS, improving it through capitalization, use, and making it alive to improve security posture. Maintain up-to-date controls and evidence for ISO27001 and finalize the certification (external audit). Lead the software supply chain security set-up within the dev teams. Manage the «perfect world» against the «real context» specific to each project. Strong leadership and mentorship with the Security owners of each team, developers, and POs. Improve the incident management, BC & DR process with IT and with the development team (project-based depending on the customer expectations). Support and guide IT regularly (synchro and mentorship). Internal newsletter, formal and informal training. Propose and write articles, support the sales and communication team, and non-technical customer-facing business-oriented.
