Controller

What the Controller responsibilities will be:

• Train and mentor the accounting department
• Work directly with the banks regarding bonds and insurances
• Prepare monthly financial statements, close the books every month
• Point person for external auditors
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory control, billing, etc.

What the company needs in an Controller?

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
• CPA
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, WIP and Point of Completion
• Leadership experience, must have experience managing a team
• Experience with Acumatica and ADP is a plus
