This is a standout opportunity to lead the finance function of a rapidly expanding engineering company, working closely with the President & CEO and supporting international reporting to the Group CFO. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of financial operations - from reporting and compliance to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

The Role:

• Lead all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and audit readiness
• Partner with international teams on group-level consolidation and reports
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems

The Person:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
• Proven background a senior finance role, ideally in manufacturing or construction
• Strong technical reporting, consolidation, and financial systems knowledge
