Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting and finance functions, including general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, accounts payable, expenses, payroll, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage the month-end closing processes for a global company and preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Direct and provide guidance to our finance teams in Israel and France to ensure financial statements are closed in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust, productivity, and accountability Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and valuation experts in preparation of quarterly reporting and annual audits
• Serve as NetSuite ERP subject matter expert for Finance and support other departments in NetSuite as required.
• Assist CFO in developing and implementing annual budget and monitoring to achieve overall company objectives Provide other daily/weekly reports as requested
• Provide business intelligence reporting to all departments as required
Experience / Skills / Education
• CPA or MBA required.
• 7-10 years combined public accounting and corporate accounting/finance experience including financial reporting, budgeting and planning, and business intelligence reporting.
• Subsidiary accounting/consolidated financial reporting experience. Familiarity with intercompany transactions and foreign currency accounting
• Multi-national experience a plus
• Familiarity and comfort with leading ERP systems, specifically in a manufacturing environment
• PCAOB audit and public company/SEC reporting experience a plus
• Supervisory experience required
