Job Description Job Description Rapid path to partner or full ownership. Our client is a small, well-established, and highly regarded CPA firm and Registered Investment Advisor in Great Neck. As the owner approaches retirement, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced certified public accountant to join the firm at a senior level and transition into a partner and full ownership position.

• *Client will also consider a merger or acquisition.
• * The firm services primarily small businesses and their owners. They have good coverage on accounting services, so while you’ll be doing some accounting you will be more involved in preparing corporate and individual tax returns. Ideally, you will later obtain a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or another financial planning license to grow your career and assist in the wealth management business, which constitutes a substantial portion of revenue.

Requirements: Partner, manager or senior level at a CPA firm and holding a CPA license Strong expertise in tax preparation Proven track record in maintaining client relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to expand into a wealth management practice and obtain a Certified Financial Planner or other suitable license Desire to work in a small CPA firm and handle diverse situations Compensation: Base salary: $140,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience Paid single health insurance Retirement plan with match Email your resume to gary@execsallied.com.
