Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Oversee year-end close processes, audits, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement budgets and forecasts for clients.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and streamline financial operations.
• Provide expert financial advice to clients to optimize their tax strategies and meet financial objectives.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and legal standards in all financial processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Active CPA certification (or willingness to pursue certification if not currently certified).
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate tax preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, auditing, year-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
