KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for a portfolio of clients
Provide tax planning and compliance services, including corporate and individual tax returns
Offer strategic financial guidance and consulting to clients
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members and clients to address financial challenges and opportunities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Certified Public Accountant designation (CPA) OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred
3-5 years or more of CORPORATE (1120S or 1065 partnership) tax experience
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
