Job Description
Freshworks is seeking a Director of Product PR with a proven track record in strategic communications, media relations, and technical thought leadership as tools for increasing company awareness. This role reports into the VP of Communications and will be responsible for elevating Freshworks’ perception in the Customer Experience and Employee Experience markets, including customer service, IT, and employee service management.
Passion for emerging technology and creative storytelling is key. You are comfortable translating sophisticated technologies and concepts into compelling stories for the media, and lead communications activities that advance broader business goals. You will partner closely with senior executives across the product, engineering, and marketing teams to define strategies and achieve results that set Freshworks apart. With a customer-first approach, you have the ability to tell stories that earn attention from the press. A deep understanding of generative AI and IT technologies and the related media landscape is a requirement.

Additional Information:
The annual base salary range for this position is $197,800 - 280,000 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
