Job Description:
- Maintain ongoing preventive/corrective fleet maintenance program
- Support Director of Operations to ensure operations and company needs are met
- Monitor all opportunities to cut cost and improve efficiencies
- Review reports including safety, repairs and breakdowns
- Assure all data is updated and maintained regularly
- Oversee repairs, parts and schedules accordingly
- Evaluate vendors on pricing and services
- Evaluate equipment performance and make recommendations accordingly
- Act as liaison between Operations, Finance and Shop personnel
- Other duties as assigned
- Leadership, Training and development of proper procedures

Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Able to work autonomously, self-directed, organized and detail oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge and ability to learn new software
- Valid Drivers license
- Must be able to travel as needed (25%)
- Must be familiar with light-heavy truck/trailer repair and maintenance
- 3+ yrs in fleet management
- Landscape fleet experience preferred
