GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer!

Ready to suit up as a Flex Security Guard - Response
Be at least 21 years of age.
Must have 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!
Must have a valid driver's license and have a clear MVR record (Motor Vehicle Record)

As a casual Security Officer—response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: Varies, must have open Availability for Mornings or Afternoons, Overnights, Flex Security Guard, and hours - Varies

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clear MVR ( Motor Vehicle Record )
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience!
• You have a state license if required
