Fuel Medical Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling print and digital designs that will support our Members across the country. This role involves working on a variety of projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality design execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and illustrate creative concepts, designing layouts of art and copy for various print and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring design concepts to life from start to finish .
• Prepare and refine design layouts, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality work.
• Build visually appealing and engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design innovations by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging with professional design communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Technology & Culture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting or similar professional environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office Suite .
• Strong illustration, typography, layout, conceptual design, and user experience (UI/UX) skills .
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with a proactive approach to work.
• A flexible and innovative mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges .
