Job Description

We're looking for someone reliable and hands-on to help with basic maintenance at a property on Savannah Drive in Swanton. This part-time role is perfect for someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and enjoys a mix of outdoor and light indoor work. You’ll be doing things like mowing grass, cleaning up around the property, running errands, helping with small repairs, and even some painting when needed. It’s a flexible position with a variety of tasks, so no two days will feel exactly the same. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, shows up on time, and likes to stay busy, we’d love to have you on board. Responsibilities: • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas around the property • Run local errands and pick up supplies as needed • Perform basic construction site cleanup (debris, tools, etc.) • Assist with interior and exterior painting • Help with general repairs and light maintenance tasks • Support property upkeep and organization • Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner Qualifications: • Must have an active Maryland driver’s license • Must have reliable transportation • Able to work independently and follow directions • Experience with tools and basic maintenance preferred • Must be punctual and trustworthy About Company: We are a great company to work for!
