Offering Engagement Bonus of up to $6,500 + competitive hourly rate!
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse (RN or LPN) in Teec Nos Pos, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s home. The schedule is flexible and worked out between the nurse and the patient. One patient is needing 6 hours of care a week, Navajo speaking required. 2nd patient needs 28 hours a week, and the 3rd patient needs 18 hours of care a week.
Engagement bonus stipulations:
1. If the nurse takes 1 client of 3, they will be eligible for the $2,000 bonus.
2. If the nurse takes 2 clients of 3, they will be eligible for the $4,000 bonus.
3. If the nurse takes 3 clients of 3, they will be eligible for the $6,500 bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR or BLS certification
TB test and physical examination.
Maintain malpractice insurance coverage.
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home.
Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care.
RN Rate: $55 an hour
LPN Rate: $48 an hour
Engagement bonus between $2000 & $6500
