Job Summary

Responsibilities:

•Support the HR team on employees' activities and communications.
•Collaborate with document management by filing on physical and electronic files.
•Participate in all project planning, execution, and monitoring.
•Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
•Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence

Qualifications:
•Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
•Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field.
•Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
