We're looking for a mission-driven, entry-level attorney who is passionate about immigrant rights and eager to grow within a fast-paced and supportive legal environment. If you're ready to step into court, advocate fiercely for clients, and gain valuable experience from day one-this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in immigration court for hearings, dockets, and trials
Attend USCIS interviews and respond to officer inquiries
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely and accurate filings
Participate in client consultations and maintain ongoing communication
Stay informed on evolving immigration policies, regulations, and case law
What You Bring:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative legal setting
Spanish fluency preferred but not required
Deep commitment to immigrant rights and social justice
