Job Description

Job Duties:

• Guide teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices for IT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure proper backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitor and track sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Work closely with IT operations, network, cloud, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with Agile practices.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and alignment between infrastructure and development teams.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing Agile process enhancements.
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) and use data to improve team efficiency.
• Encourage DevOps principles to streamline infrastructure deployment and automation.
• Support change management initiatives within IT infrastructure projects.
• Help teams identify potential risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies within Agile workflows.
