WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for Janitor personnel to support our peak Motorsports season . This is a full-time, seasonal role scheduled Friday through Monday (40 hours/week)—ideal for those who thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You’ll help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings and grounds during the busiest part of our calendar. A professional demeanor and keen attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to collaborate within a strong team dynamic.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment.
• Removes and disposes trash following the appropriate policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Required:

• Requires a high school diploma with 0-1 year of general cleaning work experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 100 pounds.

Work Conditions:

Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment. Most of the work is performed in outside weather conditions. The worker may be subject to atmospheric conditions, is frequently in close quarters, and is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
