Job Description

We’re looking for a Technician Specialist to join our Fremont, CA Laser Operations Team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools. Knowledge in basic electronics is a plus.
• Troubleshoots laser systems as needed
• Set up jobs by following work schedules or priorities
• Maintains a safe condition for the laser systems and the production area by following equipment operating procedures
• Understand and maintain process documentation (Work Instructions, Drawings, Travelers, and Operating Manuals).
• Regularly report on operation status, schedule progress and key assigned project (if any)
• Highly effective communicator of technical status and issue required. Enjoys team approach over individual contributions.
• Support and enforce company goals and objectives, policies and procedures.

• High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in laser technology a plus.
• Intimate knowledge of laser alignment, equipment usage and safety a plus.
• Must be proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Office programs: Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral Ryzen Solutions
