Job Description:
- Working with BI team on GLM Dashboard updates, functionality, and ultimate transition to new system
- Support Global License Managers across all industry verticals by utilizing license tools, network analytics and profiling techniques to identify potential weaknesses and opportunities within our Named Accounts.
- Provide an overview of customers actual License installation environment based on inventory data provide by customers.
- Investigates and clears License Compliance opportunities produced by sales teams, trade associations, Legal to develop a target's license history and level of noncompliance
- Assist in producing internal facing information / documentation used for presenting license related findings and data to assist in GLM customer engagements.
- Verbal communication: with GLMs, Internal Teams and occasionally support on customer calls.
- Knowledge and experience of licensing, asset management tools
- Proven judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Internal Global Communications
- Analytical advisor role that requires understanding of the theories and concepts of a discipline and the ability to apply best practices
- Solve complex problems of diverse scope by taking new perspectives on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situations
- Lead projects with accountability and improving ongoing processes
- Provides 1:1 coaching and mentoring
- Performs audit reviews to ensure Global consistency
- Skilled in data analytics, administration, and distribution of operations, projects, and contracts.
- Track record of success in implementing initiatives, processes, and improvements that generated revenue and reduced costs. Thorough and contemporary knowledge of cutting-edge technology. Proven organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills interacting with team members, clients, and other industry professionals at all levels.
Must haves Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Power BI
- Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and flexible approach to people, projects, and assignments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and cultural-sensitivity when interfacing with global stakeholders
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and impactful dashboards. Familiarity with AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently on complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and modeling methodologies to drive in-depth data insights and support predictive analytics
- Strong ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner
- Effective team player with a strong ability to work across functions, engage with diverse stakeholders, and provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years in analytic role

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
