About the Role:

Were looking for a skilled litigator with at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in high-stakes business disputes and commercial litigation. This attorney will play a key role in case strategy, client advocacy, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial/arbitration.
• Handle business-related disputes , including breach of contract, partnership disputes, fraud, and corporate litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare persuasive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and argue motions in court.
• Work directly with clients to develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with our legal team to strengthen case arguments and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business/commercial disputes .
• Strong courtroom advocacy and deposition skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• California Bar admission in good standing (or eligibility for reciprocity).
