Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We’re hiring a Machine Operator for a well-established company known for its high standards in the production of precision components. If you have a strong eye for detail and experience using measuring tools in a manufacturing setting, this is your chance to join a team where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a single machine to produce precision parts including shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more

• Use measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet exact specifications

• Determine correct machine speeds and feeds to optimize performance

• Keep your work area organized, safe, and clean

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Support production by taking on additional tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions in English

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes
