What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement long-term maintenance planning strategies.
Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes.

Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to walk, stand, and climb on uneven surfaces.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Tolerance for working in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Essential Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
Must be able to work independently.
