Description Job Title : Maintenance Technician/Handyman
Location : St. Louis, MO (Travel to corporate locations required from time to time)
Schedule : Monday - Friday (On-call rotation for weekends)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team and help maintain our restaurant equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment for our staff and guests.
Position Overview :
As a Maintenance Technician/Handyman, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our restaurant locations in the St. Louis area. This role will involve HVAC system maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and occasional repairs and troubleshooting for BBQ smokers. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the team on larger projects and ensuring the efficient operation of all restaurant facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and restaurant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair BBQ smokers to ensure optimal performance and food quality.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of appliances.
- Work on both scheduled repairs and emergency maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for repairs.
- Assist in special projects, including restaurant renovations and equipment installations.
- Travel to various corporate locations as required to complete maintenance tasks.
- Participate in on-call weekend rotation for urgent repair requests and emergency situations.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Handyman, preferably in the restaurant or commercial setting.
- HVAC experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Experience with BBQ smokers or willingness to learn and maintain smoker systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of restaurant equipment, including ovens, fryers, and refrigerators.
