SUMMARY

Under the direction of the VP of Operational Excellence, this role will co-manage the tactical execution of various assigned operational projects and initiatives for U.S. Renal Care. The Manager will act as part of a team of OpEx business partners that drive performance improvement within field operations and the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Manage projects that have impact to dialysis operations workflows within facilities through hands on tactical work and oversight.
• Involvement within central operational initiatives, including both operational improvement and/or launch of new workflows.
• Serve as an effective business partner to Operations Excellence team and field operations working in conjunction with peers to achieve mutual goals.
• Work as business partner and project manager on recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
• Deliver training to field operations on new/revised workflows, in partnership with Clinical Services.
• Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Combination of education, specialty certifications and experience in related area will be considered in lieu of degree.

• Three (3) plus years of experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience a strong plus.

• Demonstrated project management skills required.
• Strong customer relations dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization is a must.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word. Demonstrated proficiency in all USRC applications is required within 90 days of hire.
