Marketing Manager - Professional Services Team

In this role, you'll work closely with the client's content marketing manager to ensure their priorities align with ours and drive impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define positioning, target audiences, and marketing plans tailored to specific channels and workstreams.
Lead the execution of content marketing initiatives from concept to delivery, fostering teamwork and collaboration across internal teams.
Analyze performance data, customer insights, market trends, and best practices to create data-driven strategies with actionable proposals and recommendations.
Partner with agency teams across CRM, social media, performance marketing, and web to design, test, and refine lead-nurturing tactics.
Work closely with creative and editorial teams to craft compelling creative briefs and guide content development aligned with objectives.
Leverage customer and market insights to refine content strategies, driving conversions and generating qualified leads.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
Present ideas, strategies, and deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating effectively with senior leaders.
Skills and Expertise
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of digital marketing experience.
3-5 years of experience in search, social, and content marketing.
Preferred:
Background in digital advertising agencies or consultancies.
Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and its interconnectivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze challenges, create actionable plans, and provide clear recommendations.
Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Strategic thinking combined with problem-solving capabilities and customer focus.
