As the Marketing Manager, you'll not only shape marketing strategies but also lead and mentor a growing team. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Client Success, and Product Management to create impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing and digital campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
Oversee marketing automation and digital tools to drive engagement and optimize performance.
Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing team by hiring, training, and coaching top talent.
Stay ahead of industry trends to refine strategies and improve results.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are data-driven and provide measurable results.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience leading global marketing initiatives with measurable success.
3+ years of experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, or other marketing tools.
4-6 years of experience managing a team and leading marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, content development, and the buyer's journey.
Ability to grasp complex technology-driven business processes within finance and administration.
Proven track record of developing creative, high-impact marketing campaigns.
