Office Services Manager – Manufacturing Environment

Location: Clarksville, TN

About the Opportunity

A global materials and manufacturing leader is seeking a highly organized, bilingual (Korean-English required) Office Services Manager to oversee general affairs, facilities management, and office operations at their new U.S. location.

This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Engineering, and corporate HQ to support projects, vendor management, facility initiatives, and administrative functions—critical to the success of a newly launched site.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holder —no sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution for major office and facility projects (ex: new furniture installations, space planning, vendor selection)
  • Manage general affairs operations, ensuring efficient purchasing, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities related to facility upgrades, procurement, and cost management
  • Support Human Resources and internal teams with office logistics, supplies management, and company event coordination
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, presentations (Korean/English bilingual preferred), and tracking budgets
  • Develop and improve policies and processes for operational efficiency
  • Communicate regularly with Korean headquarters—flexible working hours required due to time zone differences (14-hour difference)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in office/facilities/general affairs management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel: pivot tables, v-lookup, charts; PowerPoint: layouts, storytelling)
  • Bilingual Korean/English preferred but not required
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams and leading projects independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to coordinate with overseas stakeholders
  • Willingness to be hands-on in both administrative and facility-related tasks
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
