Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Order Picking and Packing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will help ensure smooth and effective order fulfillment.

Hourly Rate: $28

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipment
• Ensure that all shipments are labeled correctly to avoid errors during transit
• Conduct quality checks to verify that products meet company standards before dispatch
• Complete all necessary shipping documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain an organized storage system for easy product retrieval in collaboration with the warehouse team
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and safety
• Assist with inventory control, stock organization, and restocking as needed
• Prepare shipments for both domestic and international deliveries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic computer skills for using order tracking and shipping software
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
