We specialize in highly personalized outpatient addiction treatment, focusing on holistic recovery through four key pillars: mental, biological, social, and spiritual health. Position Overview

As the Outreach and Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in building brand awareness, establishing strong community relationships, and driving new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the Clinical and Admissions teams to promote our mission and ensure a seamless experience for potential clients. This position involves a mix of remote work, in-the-field outreach, and occasional in-office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
Implement and oversee relationship marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
Collaborate with Admissions to track lead generation efforts and report progress to the CEO.
Work with website developers to update online content as needed.
Identify new partnership opportunities based on market trends and client needs.
Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
Support the CEO in vetting potential partner facilities, including screenings, tours, and meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all referral contacts and outreach efforts.
Uphold the organization's mission, values, and brand in all interactions.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Education: Associate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outreach/business development within an addiction treatment setting (residential or outpatient).

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop new business strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism when working with clients and staff.

Requirements

Must reside and work in Colorado.
Valid driver's license.
Successful completion of a background check and UA screening.
