Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and supervise the parking lot striping crew, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule parking lot striping projects, considering client requirements and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Oversee the application of paint and other striping materials, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Parking Striping Foreperson.
• Skills: Proficient in leading parking lot striping projects, including equipment operation and quality control.
• Knowledge: Understanding of parking lot striping processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse striping team.
• Safety Focus: Commitment to prioritizing safety and ensuring a safe working environment.
