Salary Range: $24.00 - $48.00

Pay Info: Enjoy a $11,250 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment (for eligible employees).

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing education to residents.
• Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks appropriately.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
