• Achieve new business production goals with a focus on Auto Insurance.
• Cross-sell Home, Condo, Renter, Motorcycle, Landlord, Umbrella, and more using auto insurance leads.
• Build relationships through referral networking, potential client lists, and lead sources.
• Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Contact prospective customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and texting technology.
• Maintain phone time or sales quotas as set by management.
• Generate new business leads through referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases using a lead management tool.

• Licensing:
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Must reside in California.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Adaptability to change, quick learning, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Beneficial: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
