Day to Day:

The Patient Care Advocate provides new and existing patients with the best possible patient experience in relation to their prescriptions, clinical services, billing inquiries, feedback and suggestions. As the first[1]line of contact to patients and stakeholders, the patient care advocate will set the tone for how our company and services are experienced. This position will be 100% outbound calls to patients, no inbound.

Shift:  9AM – 5:30PM EST, Monday – Friday

Equipment Pick Up: The only locations workers will be able to pick up equipment from are from the Canton, MI & Frisco, TX sites.

Remote Eligibility:

  • Team Members must have and maintain Broadband Internet Service (High Speed Internet connection). High Speed Internet is defined as 100 mbps or more in download speed.
  • Team Members are required to hardwire their internet access from their modem into their computer.
  • The use of wi-fi “wireless” is not permitted for security and quality connection purposes.
  • Computer can’t face a window and must be in a separate quiet room in the home.

Must Haves:

High School/GED

Minimum for 6 months experience in Customer Service / Call Center but 1 year is preferred

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal). Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner.

Basic level PC skills, MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similar operating/software programs (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents and/or access information on-line).
