GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a results-driven
Plant Manager to lead operations at our facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, driving production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and building principles. This individual will be intimately involved in setting up this new manufacturing location for our organization.
Starting salary range is $110K - $130K based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct and oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and logistics.
- Manage and mentor department supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet project timelines and budget targets.
- Ensure prefabricated units are built to spec and ready for on-time delivery to project sites.
- Reduce waste and inefficiencies while improving productivity and product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our entire organization, such as engineering, design, and supply chain, to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Implement standard work procedures, visual management systems, and other lean tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- P&L management and responsibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in lean manufacturing and construction.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager, preferably in a construction environment.
- Demonstrable experience with financial reports.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
- Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
- Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment; up to 50 lbs.
- Mobility and ability to move around the facility as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS: - Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements.
- Minimal risk of safety precautions.
- General manufacturing environment.
