Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Machine Operator

Location: Harlingen, TX

Pay Range: $11.00

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Load raw materials into the machine and monitor output for quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Complete production logs and paperwork accurately.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of press operation or manufacturing experience preferred (willing to train entry-level candidates).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production orders, or technical drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
