This position trains new hires and management employees on hub processes, procedures, and responsibilities in a classroom setting and in the operation. Responsibilities include communicating with Training and Operations on daily tasks, ensuring new hires and management employees receive the correct training and following up as needed, following established methods and guidelines to ensure employees stay current in assigned role, assisting with new hire packets and communicating training needs to ensure success. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), strong oral and written communication skills, and operations experience (preferred).
