Job Details

As a proprietary trader, you will be responsible for:

• Being an excellent steward of risk and capable of providing liquidity in any market condition
• Making data-driven decisions and confidently standing by your actions
• Proactively and effectively communicating any deviation from expected value
• Quickly and accurately prioritizing efforts that drive 80% of the outcome and avoiding efforts that only solve 20% of the outcome
• Learning and executing trading methodologies and gradually increasing responsibilities from shadowing to parameter tuning to placing trades

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as an experienced trader with a proven track record of success
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent quantitative skills
• Track record of proactively solving difficult problems
• Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence
