Real Estate Attorney – Investment Funds Group
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join a leading firm in the following locations:
San Francisco, Washington, Chicago, San Diego, Reston, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Northfield, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, Seattle, Short Hills, Wilmington.

Position Overview:
Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join the Investment Funds Group at a prestigious firm. This professional track/non-partnership track position offers flexibility as either a full-time or part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Provide counsel on securities offerings (beneficial but not required).
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and financing documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of the applying office.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive real estate experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time.
• Compensation: $135,000 – $300,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
