Salary:

Flatfeecorp.com is looking to add a team of remote contract attorneys to review and submit trademark applications. Training and supervision on Flatfee trademark process and platform is provided at no cost ! We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney able to file Trademark applications
• Juris Doctor/LLM degree
  
• Willing to learn with no experience in trademark matters needed
  

Skills:

• Dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to learn new technology and platforms

Duties of This Role

• Review Applications for correct filing basis and specimen legitimacy
• Return Applications that don't pass quality checks

Time Commitment
This is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours available are based on number of client orders and projects.
