Position: Sales Associate (Customer Experience)

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Worksite Arrangement: On-site, full-time

Compensation: $16.50/hr + sales incentives

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule : Evenings Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed. Shift is 4pm - 12am local time Overview:

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them through the rental process while delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.  Great opportunity for long-term growth and career development!

• Greet customers and guide them through the rental process, including preparing agreements and offering optional products or services tailored to their needs
  
• Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Coordinate daily reservations based on vehicle availability and fleet planning
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service in all customer interactions
• Provide maps, directions, and relevant information to ensure a smooth rental experience
• Support corporate account deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely execution

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment required
• Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and solutions-oriented
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
