We are looking for an engaging and results-driven Sales Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance the performance of our sales team. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, upskilling current reps, and ensuring our salesforce is equipped with the knowledge, techniques, and tools needed to succeed.
Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and advanced selling techniques
Conduct workshops, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing education sessions
Collaborate with sales leadership to assess team needs and identify skill gaps
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and sales results
Create training materials, presentations, scripts, and e-learning content
Stay current on industry trends, sales methodologies, and product updates
Support the adoption of sales tools and best practices across the team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in sales or sales training
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Experience designing and delivering training content, both in-person and virtually
Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable coaching
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or LMS platforms
Background in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth sales environments
Sales or training certifications (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC, ATD)
