Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead tax engagements across a variety of industries
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and accountants
• Review and prepare business tax returns
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage client work
• Contribute to firm growth and strategy as an employee-owner
• Participate in THRIVE development programs

Qualifications – Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or EA License (or commitment to obtain)
• 2–4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with business tax focus
• Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online skills preferred
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members
• Commitment to firm culture of ownership, transparency, and innovation
