Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Mon–Wed)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our Enterprise Data & Insights team at a global leader in the paint and coatings industry. This role will function in a hybrid BA/PM capacity and be part of a tight-knit, high-performing pod alongside a Program Manager and Project Manager, supporting two critical business groups — Consumer Brands Group (CBG) and Paint Stores Group (PSG) .

This is a senior-level position ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, exceptional organization and communication skills, and experience managing both large-scale and smaller technical projects. The ideal candidate is technically savvy , highly collaborative, and thrives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and help lead daily stand-ups using tools like Jira
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, turning conversations into clear requirements/tickets
• Lead discussions with architects and technical experts on tools like Snowflake, MicroStrategy, and Tableau
• Work cross-functionally with CBG and PSG business partners to gather and define project requirements
• Understand and communicate around technical topics (ETL, BI tools, SQL, data warehousing), even if not hands-on
• Configure and maintain enterprise-wide SaaS applications to ensure data accessibility and system efficiency
• Build and produce queries and reports to support internal business decisions
• Set up user access, train internal users, and maintain security controls
• Make recommendations for application development, performance optimization, and system standards
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT to support integration and implementation

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide systems or software platforms
• Strong understanding of ETL processes , SQL , BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau), and data warehousing
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira
• Strong writing/documentation skills and ability to convey technical information clearly
• Demonstrated experience handling large and small projects across technical domains
• Ability to conduct high-level conversations with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders

Preferred:

• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Oracle, or PMP
• Experience with Snowflake, SaaS platforms, and custom query/report generation tools
• Working knowledge of system configuration, SDLC, data modeling, and systems security
