Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and excellent customer service skills. This role requires effective time management and organizational abilities to maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the companies environment.
Maintain accurate records of employee performance and conduct regular evaluations.
Collaborate with programming and sales teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong skills in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
