Job Description

Title : Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Dallas

Term: Full Time

COMPANY SUMMARY

Divi is a scalp health company started in late 2021. The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine.” Divi has grown extremely quickly, resonating in the marketplace with men and women at a variety of different stages in their hair journey. 2024 is an important growth year for the company with big ideas on the horizon and we are looking to grow our team to help!

This person will oversee the execution of the strategy through direct collaboration with a Social Media Coordinator, who supports content creation, scheduling, and daily posting. • Develop content pillars, tone of voice guidelines, and creative direction that aligns with brand marketing goals.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and paid teams to ensure cohesion across all channels.
  • Analyze and report on social performance regularly, using insights to guide strategy and content development.
  • Identify and test emerging platforms, content formats, and trend opportunities to keep Divi’s presence fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Oversee and manage the Social Media Coordinator, providing guidance on execution, content calendar planning, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to plan and manage community engagement efforts, influencer amplification, and partnerships.
