Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position is $121,100 - $164,350. Please note that this is a general guideline. Responsibilities Coordinate support for exercises, experiments, assessments, war-games, and demonstrations to enhance awareness of innovation capabilities. Develop space scenarios and mission threads. Identify space forces and capabilities. Participate in planning meetings and conferences. Coordinate participation and provide SME support. Document performance and lessons learned. Identify gaps and recommend improvements. Coordinate activities with stakeholders. Support planning and execution of events. Analyze activities and recommend future actions. Experience Requirements 10 years’ space experience, including 4 years in operational/strategic-level C2 and 3 years in requirements. Proficiency in NSDC and JSpOC operations, requirements development, and related processes. Knowledge of Spacepower Disciplines, CONOPS, and operational structures. Education Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Skills & Abilities Effective communication with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Security Clearance Top Secret Clearance required; must be able to obtain it. Also eligible for Top Secret/SCI and SAP. Citizenship U.S. Citizens only, due to contract requirements.
