Position Summary:

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a newly created role designed to help create a best-in-class data platform through the use and deployment of scalable business intelligence tools. A key focus of this role will be partnering closely with the marketing department to drive their reporting development and initiatives, enabling data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns. Secondary support will be provided to other departments as business needs dictate. The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and above all else, is passionate about data analytics. They are very familiar with an array of business intelligence tools and adept at partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure create outsized business impacts.

Responsibilities:

• Creating reports in visualization tools in such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau.
• Interact with Marketing, Sales, Product team executive level management to design custom data solutions.
• Interact with executive level management to design custom data solutions
• Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources
• Continually improving reporting and analysis processes, automating, simplifying self-service support for customers
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussion with other members of BI to deliver analytical solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of Power BI, SQL & Report Development experience
• Experience in Mortgage, Banking, Insurance or any other financial related industry
• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
• Experience with object oriented or functional programming (i.e. Python)

• Intermediate knowledge of cloud databases i.e., Databricks and Microsoft Synapse to perform data validations.

• Able to evaluate new technologies and build prototypes for continuous improvements in Data Engineering
• Experience with Self-Service Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Alteryx
• Very familiar with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases (i.e. Snowflake) for running queries for large datasets
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or any relevant field or study (i.e. equivalent training or certifications).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $111,000 and $136,500. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
